The hosts in Pyramid 5 Royal Services were wonderful. The bartenders were great. The bed was comfortable. The food had excellent variety. The hotel staff were very friendly. The sea was the best. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained. The nightly shows were entertaining. Can't wait to come back!

My stay during Thanksgiving was amazing! The beach was absolutely breathtaking and one of the highlights of my trip. The food at the hotel exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of options that catered to all of my dietary needs. The friendly staff was always there to make sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to local attractions.

I was disappointed that there was construction happening during my stay that caused some inconvenience and unpleasant smells. Also, the sales pitch for timeshares was a bit pushy and made me uncomfortable.

During our romantic escape, we were impressed by the stunning ocean views and crystal-clear waters. The food they offered was absolutely delicious and caters to all dietary needs. the location was very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. We also appreciated the comfortable and well-maintained rooms.

Tourist trap and some maintenance work.

I had an unforgettable luxurious experience at this hotel. The personnel provided excellent service. The private facilities were exclusive and convenient. The restaurants provided delicious options. The bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting. The location advantages made my stay convenient − the beautiful beach was steps away!

Nonetheless, my stay here was impacted by some minor issues. The swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were closed for maintenance during my stay and the exclusive amenities they offer were the main reason I booked this hotel.
